Shipping Within Lithuania:
Standard delivery time within Lithuania is 1–3 business days.
The shipping fee is 2.90 €.
Free shipping is available for orders of 50 € or more.
Shipping Within Europe:
Standard delivery time within Europe is 3–7 business days.
The shipping fee is 5 €.
Shipping to Other Countries:
Standard delivery time outside Europe is 7–14 business days.
The shipping fee is €10.
Additional Information
During holidays, quarantine periods, or sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping fees are added at checkout.
Returns & Refunds policy
To return an item, please notify us by email at returns@kintadesign.lt within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your email regarding the return, we will send you a Return Form by email. You must complete this form and send it back to us at returns@kintadesign.lt
If you do not receive the Return Form within 24 hours, please contact us by phone at +370 652 99 354.
Returned items must be delivered to the following address provided in an email.
Your return shipment must include:
The item(s) in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Please pack and prepare the returned items for shipment as follows:
• Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging (the original packaging must not be written on, covered with tape, or otherwise altered).
• Items must be undamaged by the customer.
• Items must be unused and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.).
This requirement does not apply when returning items of unsatisfactory quality.
• Items must be returned in the same complete set as received by the customer.
If we receive a damaged item or packaging that does not meet these return requirements, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, arrangements regarding return or pickup of the item will be made individually.
Minor changes to the packaging that were necessary to inspect the item upon receipt are not considered essential changes to the item’s appearance.
Refunds
If the returned items meet all return requirements, the refund will be transferred to your bank account no later than 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
If the returned items do not meet the return requirements, the refund will not be issued.
Return of items of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Minister of Economy Order No. 258 of 17 August 2001, “Regulations on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication.”
Items of unsatisfactory quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods”, approved by the Minister of Economy Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001.
